A complete installation starts with the building
Every facade is different. Wall material, elevation, access, landlord requirements, concealed wiring and the approved mounting method affect how the letters should be installed. We collect those details before confirming the installation scope.
Direct stud mounting offers a clean individual-letter appearance when the wall and interior access allow it. Raceway, backer panel and clamshell solutions can simplify attachment or wiring where the building conditions require a different approach.
- Direct stud-mounted letters
- Raceway-mounted channel letters
- Custom backer panels
- Clamshell cabinet systems
Clear responsibilities for permits and electrical work
The customer or property owner is responsible for the required municipal sign permits unless the final quote specifically includes another arrangement. An engineered drawing package can be added to support the permit submission; municipal fees remain separate.
Where the approved design allows it, pre-wired preparation can be requested. A licensed electrician must complete the final connection to the building electrical system. Keeping fabrication, installation, permit and electrical responsibilities separate makes the quote easier to review.
Support for supply-only projects
Sign shops, dealers and qualified installers can order channel letters without installation. Every approved order includes a full-size pattern that identifies letter placement, drilling and alignment.
Pickup is available by appointment in Beamsville, local delivery can be quoted within Hamilton and Niagara, and shipping is available across Canada. Packaging and freight are based on the approved sign size and destination.
